Capes, Friends, and Winged Things

vintage cape, halston heritage dress (worn as top), paige premium denim jeans, calvin klein shoes, vintage bangles, michael kors watch c/o shop bop

Don't forget to enter the Pradman Jewelry giveaway! The disco dress had it! In my last post I had asked you all which dress I should wear to the rehearsal dinner for the wedding of one of my very best friends. Both dresses were equally gorgeous but, in the end, the disco dress fit better. It was, however, far far too short to be respectable (or even to move in) at a rehearsal dinner. So at Tracy's and [houston]'s suggestions, I paired it with pants and wore it as a top. It worked like a charm! I also had to pair it with my new-old vintage cape I picked up in Los Angeles last September. Isn't it perfect with these wingy sleeves?

Wee!!!!!

This is my friend Tracy.

"Do I get a spotlight on your blog?" She asks.

"But of course you do!" I say.

INTRODUCING TRACY - my best friend since the third grade! She and I were bridesmaids (and cabin-mates) at the wedding this weekend!

Tracy has always had an innate sense of style. She never wears too much of anything, always balances her outfits and accessories, and knows how to spice up an outfit (check out that amazing belt!). I think she has pretty much the best smile ever, don't you?
