A girl's crush...on velvet

I'm seriously in love with velvet right now. I'm not sure if it's the lush earthy colors that scream fall, or the soft texture that makes me want to run my hands over it all day, or just how chic it looks in motion, light reflecting off in its characteristic pattern. I didn't see much of a forecast for velvet from "the big guns", but mark my words: there's no way you won't look chic in velvet this season. Pair it with some dark tights or pantyhose (yes, pantyhose is IN) keep the top neutral and simple. Heels are a must!
