Drowning in Clothes and Butter.

What did I do this week when I wasn't working on BDIB or gnashing my teeth at the thought of my upcoming rotation exam in Pediatrics?

I made cinnamon toast. With vanilla extract. And butter. In my pajamas.

All in all, Ree - delicious. And definitely the best cinnamon toast around. [houston] and I may or may not have licked our fingers and moaned a little bit at the indulgent sweetness. Yummy.

I also may or may not have been using the cooking as an avoidance tactic to skillfully procrastinate on a much larger issue at hand.

Who wants to come over and do laundry with me? Now don't all jump up at once.

I launder, you fold. It's how it works around here. 'Kay? Because the prospect of folding laundry makes me not entirely opposed to shoving bamboo reeds under my fingernails, biting a spoon, being coughed on by a kid with croup 2 inches from my face*, or other equally unappealing things.
