I ♥ New York

Ladies and gentlemen, I have flown the coop. I'm leaving for NYC tonight to participate in some of the leading conferences of our kind. I cannot wait. This will be my first official visit to NYC, a place I have dreamed of visiting since I was a teen. HB, who has traveled to NYC several times, is crushed that he will not be able to accompany me on my maiden voyage to the land of my dreams, but I've promised him tons of picture texts & phone calls.

I've also promised myself I will see as much of NYC on my day off (Feb 9th) between the conferences as possible. Though lofty, my hypothetical goals include (in no particular order):

• Statue of Liberty
• MOMA
• Central Park & Strawberry Fields (HB and I are big John Lennon fans)
• Soho
• Times Square
• Coach (hiya Bleecker Street girls!!), Topshop, H&M, B&H Photo Video
• eat a macaron for the first time
• eat a NYC cupcake
• Frrrrozen Hot Chocolate @ Serendipity

Oh, who am I kidding--I'll probably only get to the ones that involve food or shopping.
