Little Black Book of Bronzers
A few months ago (gulp) I had the privilege of being sent this awesome "Little Black Book of Bronzers" by Too Faced. The name is definitely a misnomer because it's actually really, really large--but it's so friggin' amazing I just had to share it with you all. It contains their entire collection of bronzers - and you all by now know how much of a fanatic I am for the Milk Chocolate Soleil. The Milk Chocolate variety is perfect for pale-faced gals while the chocolate soleil is perfect for anyone with a medium complexion and deeper. Also included are a bunch of shimmery/highlighting bronzers (is that a paradox?).My only regret is that this isn't too travel-friendly. It isn't very home-friendly, either, to be honest. It takes up wayyyy too much space. I know that this was released in May and is exclusive to Sephora, Ulta and Too Faced, but I cannot see this being a practical buy for most people. However, if you're a beauty-crazed nut like yours truly over here, it's perfect because it's the complete catalogue of every bronzer you'd ever need for any look you're going for.
What I find truly heartwarming is the fact that Too Faced creator Jerrod Blandino created his bronzers as a way for women to fake a tan, safely and without the use of the sun -- a point made even more poignant because his sister battled Stage IV melanoma 12 years ago. Happily, she's doing well, and so are we now that we get to dabble in these beautiful bronzers.
