Merumaya Melting Cleansing Balm

cleansing-balms-merumaya1smI have the pleasure of testing out a lot of beauty products as a result of the work I do on my blog. Sure, I get excited when I get to try the latest name-brand release, but what gets me even more excited (albeit a bit less often, sadly) is when I try something from a brand I've never heard of and fall in love with it. Such is the case with this Merumaya Melting Cleansing balm. I love cleansing balms - they take makeup off like a dream and don't make your face feel tight or dry, and they're perfect for almost any skin type (except maybe the extremely sensitive?). What I like about this cleansing balm over the Emma Hardie cleansing balm is twofold: first, the packaging is in a squeeze tube, which I find infinitely more hygienic than digging my grubby hands in a jar every day. Secondly, I adore the smell. Rather than pungently herbal, this cleansing balm smells soft and floral. I think they're equally effective, and while I'm not putting one over the other completely, I am happy to have both in my skincare collection.

Are there any other cleansing balms out there you would like me to review? Also, I'm doing a Q&A video very soon so please send me your questions via Twitter or Facebook (tag them with #askPSS so I know you're okay to be featured if your question gets selected)!
