Orla Kiely Candles

Recently a few new Orla Kiely candle releases came across my desk and they smell so delicious I had to tell you about them. My favorite by far is the "Fig Tree" scent--which smells full, lush, and sharply spicy. Orla Kiely brand candles fill a room nicely but not overpoweringly. Just something you can have burning without ruining your appetite or giving you a headache--but that you still notice.

Another favorite of mine is the unique "Earl Grey" fragrance. Unoffensive, classy, sophisticated, this is the PERFECT hostess gift--or any type of gift in general, because anyone who smells it is bound to like it. And the best part? They're unlikely to have a candle that smells like this in their collection, no matter how avid the collector.

Rounding up the three is the Geranium & Myrrh scent--which is more Myrrh than Geranium, but I love a spicy candle! This one's potentially sharp edges are rounded out by the softness of the Geranium, which keeps it from being too heady and sexy and gives it a little more class. Am I talking about candles as if they are people?
