Cargo Hold

Zara Cargo Jacket Army GreenZara utility jacket, Hazel & Harlow necklace, Forever 21 top, skirt & ring, Calvin Klein hose & platform pumps, Michael Kors watch, vintage bracelet

I’m still really enjoying the utility trend – I love experimenting with its different textures and colors (khaki? sure! green? why not! linen? heck yes!). And you know how much I love pairing something feminine with anything hinting at masculine! Had to doll this up with the heels for the full effect!

This is the same skirt I wore to meet the costume designer (stylist) for Gossip Girl, and the Creative Director for Nine West. And you might recognize the top from this post!

Hope everyone is set up for a fabulous Fourth of July weekend (at least, my fellow Americans). I’ll be on call in the hospital all day Saturday so I’m not going anywhere, but I hope to live vicariously through you, so tell me your plans. 😉

P.S….check out the new PSS Trend Spotter feature in my right sidebar – I’ll distill the trends down for you in one perfect product. Right now it’s nude/blush toned platform sandals, 2-pocket silk camp shirts, and gold oversized watches. It could change at any moment (like fashion), so keep an eye on it! And of course click through for more info about my pick.

Cute outfit, you remind me that I have to go to F21 soon because I start a new job soon yay! and the dress code is business casual and I almost have none of that in my wardrobe. Any pointers would be really appreciated. Happy 4th of July!!!

I love these colors and textures together! I think it would look especially wonderful with lots of gunmetal-colored accessories, part delicate, part edgy. I love the lighting in your pictures, and the sequined top is really nice. I have a gold sequined top very similar by Free People, though I like the length of yours better. 🙂

I have never really tryed faded green with dusty rose before, but I am loving the way it looks!
