Imagine All The People

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah! HB and I went out for a little pre-Christmas dinner (our favorite: sushi) before the family madness descended. And we really enjoyed it–good company, good wine, the best tuna I’ve ever had (I’m a tuna sushi nut), and afterwards, we drove the streets of town looking at Christmas lights.

Bonus: my DIY’ed glitter ankle boots are in high rotation–they generally sit by my door since the chances are high that I’ll select them anyway.

It’s chilly & dreary in my neck of the woods. What did you all do yesterday? Anything fun?

I’ll be posting a fun (slightly childish) gift haul post tomorrow…

I think I ADORE the fact that you went for sushi pre-Christmas! I was out shopping today to find out that there is no Boxing Day down here. Anyway, I saw a pair of glitter boots near exactly like yours and totally thought of your blog. Yes, I am that addicted to Pretty Shiny Sparkly.
    Happy Holidays!

Yeah Boxing day is pretty unheard of around here – we save up all our shopping for the year on Black Friday (friday after thanksgiving)… Love that you thought of my blog while out and about! Merry Christmas/Happy New Year!

i really like how the glitter is at the back of your boots. it’s very pretty and it gives your outfit that little oomph it needs. together with the fur it’s amazing.

So pretty! We are big on a sushi night dinner, even though we celebrate Hanukkah so it’s really just a regular night to us. 🙂 Love this outfit… I’ve been on the hunt for a faux fur vest that won’t overwhelm my frame. This one has potential. Especially since I’m in Florida I don’t want to look crazy with an enormous faux fur vest when it’s 74 degrees out. Happy holidays!!
