My hubs put on some weight in the past few years and was unhappy with it. After having rotator cuff and labrum shoulder surgery he decided enough was enough and he was going to get fit. He started doing the Insanity workouts in April and since then has lost 15-20 pounds. That was really inspiring to me because it really did show that if you make a plan and stick with it then it will work. You just have to stick with it! Good luck with your fitness endeavors. You have challenges ahead of you, but you’ll find something that works for you and your fitness will improve.

I’ve had the Fitbit One for about a year. I had the Fitbit Ultra prior to that? It really helps! I’m sure you will enjoy it!!

I had to really focus cuz I couldn’t stop looking at your gorgeous eye shadow.
I have started using S Health on my Note 3 I moniters most things your fitbit does. I have been trying to do 10000 steps a day. I also use a manual pedometer when I can’t carry around my phone. It’s amazing once you start, how it motivates you to walk more. I think I have lost a pound so far. We have a month long challenge going on my facebook page.

I love your once in my bag videos.

    Hi Kristina,
I have used the fitbit one for a little over a year now. I love it! I worked as an attorney at a big firm in NYC for about five years, and it is amazing how much time I spent sitting at my desk. Just like you say in your video, the fitbit one is a great way to remind yourself to get up and moving. Also 12,000 steps in one day is amazing! Apparently you are supposed to walk 10,000 steps in a day so if you stick with 12,000 I would say you are going above and beyond. Also, I know you mentioned a food diary in your video. Just so you know, you can track your food on the fitbit site when you log in and if you want to lose weight it can account for the steps you have taken and the amount of food you have eaten and let you know if you need to walk more, etc. Anyway, I think you will be super happy with it! Good luck and all the best! yael
