Never!!! *clutches it tightly*
Wow! The 32 inches of snow that dropped last week in NJ is nothing compared to Norway! What beautiful pictures! Most people only get to see Norway in magazines or on TV – this post really lets us see what Norway is *really* like – picturesque and beautiful! (and really cold!)
Lynn
…really *really* cold!!! 😉
Wow. These photos are beautiful. I love how you and your dad wore matching sweaters. lol
Haha yeah…we're dorks like that.
Love all of the pictures! It is soo gorgeous there! Love the cheetah parka, love everything 🙂
I LOVE the cheetah parka. It's made by Burton, who I think makes jackets for all the pro snowboarders (which I definitely am not). But I couldn't pass it up…faux fur + cheetah print = perfection!!!
Serious perfection! I have been a sucker for all things cheetah since 5th grade when I had a faux-fur cheetah jacket and matching cheetah pants 🙂
Wow, it is gorgeous there! Seriously a winter wonderland. You look so festive in your Norwegian sweaters.

I believe my dad's sweater is actually Norwegian-made, but they're super expensive, so mine is actually from L.L. Bean – and it's so nice, 100% wool, and not all scratchy like the Norwegian wool ones.
Incredible photos! Looks like you had a blast. Welcome back and Happy 2011!

Gorgeous pics!!!! I love them!
Thank you! more to come!xoxo
Everything is just gorgeous!
It's really impossible to take an ugly picture of Norway in the wintertime. You literally have to do something to screw it up. 🙂
THese pictures are just gorgeous! You guys are quite the photog's!!
Looks like you are having a wonderful family trip!
We had a wonderful family vacation Julie, thanks so much!
I adore that parka! I've been looking for one and haven't found one that seems warm enough. Your pictures are gorgeous; it looks like you had a fantastic time.

This was plenty warm, although layering helped. I recommend a thick wool sweater- works every time! Thanks!
I had no idea snow flakes actually looked like that! I'm shocked! My SoCal is totally showing right now. =P
Gorgeous photos!
Haha hey no judgment here, I'm from Texas! I was amazed that they were so perfect, all by their little selves. That's why I took a picture!
These are absolutely STUNNING photos! You look so much like your dad! 🙂
Thanks Katie! I get that a lot actually. But I have my mom's nose. 😉 I really liked your FBFF 2011 post – keep up the great work with Fashion Frugality, girl!
the photos of the graveyard are strangely moving. And you look so much like your father…it has nothing to do with the sweaters!
It must be the "jeans" then! ;-}
These are such beautiful photos. I love the first one with the little snowflakes.
Aren't they so dainty and perfect?! They would land on my parka and I'd try not to brush them off 🙂
BEAUTIFUL pictures! I knew I didn't have to worry about you having a good time. It looks like it was amazing.
It was so great to spend time with family I never see (even though they live 20 minutes away…med school makes it seem like they're across the country). And the scenery was the icing on the cake!
ooo such gorgeous pictures!! though goodness it looks absolutely freezing there …. love the one with you and your pappa in the matchy norwegian sweaters 😉 glad to see you had a wonderfully relaxing break!!
the one with my dad and i is one of my favorites too. 🙂 how are you girl? hope you're well!
